By accessing or using the a555 platform in any capacity – including browsing content, creating an Account, depositing funds or placing any wager – you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on a555.one.
These Terms are effective from the date of your first use of the a555 platform. a555 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Access to and use of the a555 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. a555 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep login details secure. If you suspect your Account has been compromised, contact a555 support immediately.
a555 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. This feature adds a secondary verification step upon login and materially reduces the risk of unauthorised access.
All financial transactions on a555 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time at a555's sole discretion.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the a555 Cashier at the time of the transaction. These limits are subject to change without prior notice.
All withdrawal requests are subject to a555's standard KYC verification procedure. a555 may request additional documentation to verify the source of funds before processing a withdrawal. Failure to satisfy KYC requirements will result in delays or refusal of the withdrawal request.
Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment channel used for the original deposit wherever technically feasible. a555 does not transfer funds to third-party bank accounts or payment instruments not registered to the Account holder.
a555 reserves the right to deduct any applicable transaction fees from withdrawal amounts where such fees are levied by the payment provider. Current applicable fees, if any, are displayed in the Cashier at the time of withdrawal.
From time to time, a555 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions and other incentives to Players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions associated with each promotion, which are published alongside the offer and incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Unless otherwise specified in the applicable bonus terms, a standard wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Real Money Funds deposited into your Account are not subject to wagering requirements.
a555 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. In cases of bonus abuse, collusion or technical exploitation, a555 may void any bonuses, cancel associated winnings and suspend the Account without liability.
Players may only participate in each specific promotion once unless otherwise explicitly stated. The use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion constitutes fraud and will be treated accordingly.
All bets placed on the a555 platform are final once confirmed by the system. a555 will not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed bets except in cases of manifest error or documented technical malfunction verified by a555's technical team.
In the event of a manifest error in odds, prices, payouts or game results caused by human error or technical failure, a555 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the respective Accounts. a555's decision in such matters is final.
Live casino games and sports betting markets are subject to the specific rules published for each game or market within the a555 platform interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with all applicable rules before placing any wager.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sports markets on a555. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be varied at a555's discretion, including for individual Accounts where irregular betting patterns are detected.

a555 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults or circumstances beyond a555's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform services.
a555's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that Player into their a555 Account in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The collection, processing and storage of personal data provided by Players in connection with their use of the a555 platform is governed by the a555 Privacy Policy, which is published at a555.one/privacy-policy and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.
a555 collects personal data solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. a555 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
a555 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, a555 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via email or an in-platform notification. However, it remains each Player's responsibility to review the current Terms before using the platform.
Your continued use of the a555 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising between a Player and a555 in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform should in the first instance be submitted to a555's customer support team for informal resolution.
Players who are dissatisfied with the outcome of the informal resolution process may escalate their complaint in accordance with a555's published Complaints Procedure, details of which are available from the support team.
Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under applicable law.
